SUREFLO Vesbo™ Piping Systems are manufactured from 100% Polypropylene Random Copolymer Resins to obtain the highest performance .These pipes are fusion welded and pressure tested to a maximum pressure of 20 kg/cm2. Comprehensive range of fittings Polypropylene Random Copolymer ( PP-R) High pressure and high temperature resistant making it ideal for hot and cold water supply application Service life of 50 years at  70 deg C at 10 bar pressure & 30 deg C at 22 bar pressure Non toxic and hence suitable for drinking water supply High impact resistant makes it possible to use in external applications Fusion welding process gives risk free joints and leak proof piping system Being plastic material needs no further insulation Absolutely corrosion and maintenance free Due to low thermal conductivity heat loss is minimum and in ratio of 1:200 as compared to metallic pipes Easy and fast installation and light to handle No scaling and carcinogenic free High chemical resistance Four-Step Fusion Process Step1 Step2 Cut the pipe to the required length using a cutter. Required Depth is marked on pipe     Step3 Step4 Ends are then placed on to the Sureflo Welding Set for welding.
